By accessing, applying to, or enrolling in any program offered through pipillionaire.com, including the Market Analyst Project inside Pipillionair€ Academy™, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not proceed with your application or enrollment.
These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you and Pipillionair€ Pipeline™, the operator of this platform.
Pipillionair€ Pipeline™ operates pipillionaire.com as a mentorship platform offering structured, discipline-based guidance for individuals seeking to develop a serious and informed approach to financial market participation.
We are not licensed financial educators, registered investment advisors, or certified financial planners. All knowledge, frameworks, and guidance shared through this platform are drawn from over 8 years of accumulated personal exposure to the financial markets, including practical application, ongoing study, and structured mentorship received within our own development journey.
Nothing shared on this platform — in sessions, emails, course materials, community discussions, or any other format — constitutes financial advice, investment recommendations, or a guarantee of any financial outcome. All market participation is undertaken at the sole discretion and risk of the individual member.
Enrollment in the Market Analyst Project is selective. Submitting an access request does not guarantee acceptance. Every application is reviewed personally and an invitation is extended only where alignment with our enrollment criteria is confirmed.
Access to the Market Analyst Project is granted for a period of 90 days from the date your account is activated. Following the initial 90-day period, continued access is available through a quarterly renewal at the rate communicated at the time of renewal.
Access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials, grant access to your account to any other individual, or use your membership on behalf of another person.
Pipillionair€ Pipeline™ reserves the right to suspend or permanently revoke access to any member who violates these Terms and Conditions, without refund.
Enrollment in the Market Analyst Project requires payment of the applicable program fee prior to access being granted. Your position is reserved but not confirmed until payment is received and verified.
We accept payment via PayPal, Bank Wire Transfer, Cryptocurrency, Credit Card, and Cash. Payment details will be provided upon acceptance of your application.
Cryptocurrency payments are accepted in USDT, USDC and RLUSD at a fixed rate of 8 TTD to 1 token. Payments in Bitcoin, Ethereum, and XRP are accepted at the USD equivalent of the program fee at the market rate at the time of transaction. Pipillionair€ Pipeline™ will confirm the USD value received before access is granted. Volatile asset payments are non-refundable once confirmed regardless of subsequent price movement.
Pipillionair€ Pipeline™ reserves the right to adjust program fees for future cohorts and renewal periods. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
All sales are final. Once access to the Market Analyst Project has been granted and your account has been activated, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
We encourage all prospective members to review the information available on our platform, ask any questions before enrolling, and ensure they are genuinely prepared to commit before completing payment. Our selective enrollment process exists precisely to ensure that those who enter are ready to do so.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to the platform, please contact us directly and we will resolve it promptly. Technical difficulties do not constitute grounds for a refund but will be addressed with urgency.

Active participation — you are expected to engage in sessions, contribute to discussions, and show up consistently. Passive consumption is discouraged and works against your own development.
Accountability — you are responsible for tracking and honestly reporting your own progress. This is a transformation-based environment and your results depend on your application.
Respect for the framework — the Pip€x Process™ and all associated frameworks taught within the program are to be followed as structured. Shortcuts and selective application undermine the process.
Honesty about mistakes — errors and losses are part of the learning journey. Members are expected to share honestly rather than conceal difficulties.
Respectful engagement — all members are expected to treat fellow members, mentors, and staff with respect at all times. Disruptive, abusive, or disrespectful conduct will result in immediate suspension or termination of access without refund.
Pipillionair€ Pipeline™ makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee of any financial outcome, trading result, or return on investment as a result of participation in the Market Analyst Project or any other program offered on this platform.
Financial market participation involves significant risk. Past results — whether of the mentor, the platform, or other members — are not indicative of future performance. Your results will depend entirely on your level of application, consistency, starting capital, risk management, and personal discipline.
By enrolling, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these risks, and that you are participating in a mentorship program — not a managed investment service.
All content, frameworks, materials, session recordings, course content, graphics, and proprietary systems offered through pipillionaire.com — including but not limited to the Pip€x Process™, the Pip€x Market Behavior Cycle™, and all associated teaching frameworks — are the intellectual property of Pipillionair€ Pipeline™.
Members are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use this content for their own private development during their active membership period.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, share, publish, or use any content from this platform for commercial purposes without the express written consent of Pipillionair€ Pipeline™. Violation of this clause will result in immediate termination of access and may result in legal action.
Your use of this platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available at pipillionaire.com. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept our Privacy Policy.
Pipillionair€ Pipeline™ will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the platform and all associated services are available and functioning at all times. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms, your membership, or your use of this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Trinidad and Tobago.
