Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, applying to, or enrolling in any program offered through pipillionaire.com, including the Free Tier, the Market Analyst Project inside Pipillionair€ Academy™, or a paid Zoom Mentorship Session, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not proceed with your access, application, or enrollment.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you and Pipillionair€ Pipeline™.

About Our Platform and Business Structure

Pipillionair€ Pipeline™ operates pipillionaire.com as a mentorship platform offering structured, discipline-based guidance for individuals seeking to develop a serious and informed approach to financial market participation.

Pipillionair€ Pipeline™ is a trade name operated by Leslie Sampson, an individual based in Trinidad and Tobago. As of the date of this policy, Pipillionair€ Pipeline™ is not incorporated as a separate legal entity. Any reference to “Pipillionair€ Pipeline™,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Leslie Sampson, operating under this trade name, unless and until a separate registered entity is formed and members are formally notified of the change. Any agreement you enter into through this platform is an agreement with Leslie Sampson personally, trading as Pipillionair€ Pipeline™.

We are not licensed financial educators, registered investment advisors, or certified financial planners. All knowledge, frameworks, and guidance shared through this platform are drawn from over 8 years of accumulated personal exposure to the financial markets, including practical application, ongoing study, and structured mentorship received within our own development journey.

Nothing shared on this platform, in sessions, emails, course materials, community discussions, or any other format, constitutes financial advice, investment recommendations, or a guarantee of any financial outcome. All market participation is undertaken at the sole discretion and risk of the individual member.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your country of residence to access any tier of this platform, including the Free Tier. By accessing pipillionaire.com or enrolling in any program, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Our Service Tiers

4.1 · Free Tier — Digital Financial Tools

Digital financial tools, calculators, trackers, and educational resources made available to the public at no cost, including tools on findmypip.com — general educational purposes only, provided “as is” and “as available.” Access may require an email address or basic account; may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time without notice. Free Tier use does not entitle you to the Market Analyst Project or Zoom Sessions.

4.2 · Market Analyst Project (Paid, Academy)

Enrollment is selective — submitting an access request does not guarantee acceptance. Access is granted for the program period communicated at enrollment, is personal and non-transferable, and may be suspended or revoked without refund for a violation of these Terms.

4.3 · Paid 1:1 Zoom Mentorship Sessions

Individual sessions starting at a base fee of USD $50, scope-dependent, confirmed in writing before booking. Educational and mentorship in nature — not personalized investment advice, portfolio management, or trade execution. Reschedule with 24+ hours' notice; no-shows forfeit the fee. Sessions may be recorded for quality/reference, never published without your written consent. Content is treated as confidential by both parties.

Payment Terms

Applies to the Market Analyst Project and Zoom Sessions — the Free Tier has no payment terms. Enrollment and session booking require payment prior to access or confirmation; your position is reserved but not confirmed until payment is received and verified.

We accept PayPal, Bank Wire Transfer, Cryptocurrency, Credit Card, and Cash.

Crypto payment rate

USDT, USDC, and RLUSD are accepted at a fixed rate of 8 TTD to 1 token — a fixed commercial rate set solely by Pipillionair€ Pipeline™ for payment purposes, not the prevailing market exchange rate, and it may change at any time for future transactions without prior notice. Bitcoin, Ethereum, and XRP are accepted at the USD-equivalent market rate at time of transaction, confirmed before access is granted. Volatile asset payments are non-refundable once confirmed, regardless of subsequent price movement.

Fees for future cohorts, sessions, and renewal periods may be adjusted, with changes communicated in advance.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Market Analyst Project: all sales are final once access has been granted and your account activated — no refunds under any circumstances. Technical issues preventing access will be resolved promptly but do not constitute grounds for a refund.

Zoom Sessions: governed by the cancellation terms in Section 4.3.

Free Tier: provided at no cost, not subject to a refund policy.

Member Conduct and Non-Negotiables

By enrolling in the Market Analyst Project or booking a Zoom Session, you agree to uphold the following standards as a member of the Tribe:

Active participation — engage in sessions, contribute to discussions, show up consistently. Passive consumption works against your own development.
Accountability — track and honestly report your own progress. Your results depend on your application.
Respect for the framework — the Pip€x Process™ and associated frameworks are to be followed as structured. Shortcuts undermine the process.
Honesty about mistakes — errors and losses are part of the learning journey. Share honestly rather than conceal difficulties.
Respectful engagement — treat fellow members, mentors, and staff with respect. Disruptive or abusive conduct results in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

No Financial Guarantee, No Fiduciary Relationship

Pipillionair€ Pipeline™ makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee of any financial outcome, trading result, or return on investment as a result of participation in any tier of this platform.

Nothing in these Terms, and nothing communicated through this platform, creates a fiduciary, advisory, or agency relationship between you and Pipillionair€ Pipeline™.

Any testimonials, results, or examples shared, whether from the founder or other members, reflect individual experiences and are not typical, and are not a guarantee, promise, or prediction of the results you will achieve. Financial market participation involves significant risk; past results are not indicative of future performance. By enrolling or booking a session, you acknowledge you are participating in a mentorship program, not a managed investment service.

Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, materials, session recordings, course content, digital tools, graphics, and proprietary systems offered through pipillionaire.com — including but not limited to the Pip€x Process™, the Pip€x Market Behavior Cycle™, and all associated teaching frameworks — are the intellectual property of Pipillionair€ Pipeline™.

Free Tier users and Market Analyst Project members are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the relevant content for their own private, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, share, publish, or use any content or tool from this platform for commercial purposes without express written consent. Violation results in immediate termination of access and may result in legal action.

Use of Artificial Intelligence in Our Business

Pipillionair€ Pipeline™ uses artificial intelligence tools internally to help draft educational content, organize internal knowledge, and support day-to-day operations. Founder Leslie Sampson is also a web developer by background and is actively studying AI to strengthen how this business is run and how it serves the Tribe.

Any AI-assisted content published on this platform is reviewed by Leslie Sampson before publication and reflects his own frameworks, judgment, and experience. AI tools support the delivery of our content, they do not replace the mentorship relationship, and they do not generate financial advice on our behalf. If an AI-assisted feature that processes your personal data is introduced, it will be disclosed in our Privacy Policy, and no automated tool will be presented as a substitute for licensed financial advice.

Privacy

Your use of this platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at pipillionaire.com. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept our Privacy Policy.

Platform Availability and Force Majeure

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the platform and all associated services are available and functioning at all times, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for temporary outages, technical disruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including internet or power outages, payment processor restrictions or account freezes, changes to third-party platform policies (PayPal, Zoom, or social media platforms), banking delays, or other events of force majeure. In the event of a significant disruption affecting member access, we will communicate promptly and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pipillionair€ Pipeline™ and Leslie Sampson shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or lost opportunity — arising from your use of this platform, any tier of membership, or any Zoom Session.

Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of this platform is limited to the total amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pipillionair€ Pipeline™ and Leslie Sampson from any claim, loss, or damage arising from your own trading, investment, or financial decisions, or your breach of these Terms.

Modifications to These Terms

Pipillionair€ Pipeline™ reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The most current version will always be available at pipillionaire.com.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to first contact us directly to attempt a good-faith resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached within a reasonable time, either party may pursue mediation before resorting to litigation.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. Any litigation arising from or relating to these terms, your membership, or your use of this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Trinidad and Tobago.
