Pipillionair€ Pipeline™ operates pipillionaire.com, home of Pipillionair€ Academy™, the Market Analyst Project, a Free Tier of digital financial tools, and paid Zoom Mentorship Sessions. We are a mentorship platform based in Trinidad and Tobago, built around structured, discipline-based guidance for individuals seeking to develop a serious approach to market participation.

Pipillionair€ Pipeline™ is a trade name operated by Leslie Sampson. As of the date of this policy, it is not incorporated as a separate legal entity. Any reference to “Pipillionair€ Pipeline™,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Leslie Sampson, operating under this trade name.

We are not licensed financial educators or registered investment advisors. The knowledge and frameworks we share are drawn from over 8 years of accumulated personal exposure to the financial markets, including practical application, ongoing study, and structured mentorship received within our own development journey. Nothing shared on this platform constitutes financial advice, and all market participation remains the sole responsibility of the individual.

What Data We Collect and Why

Free Tier / Digital Financial Tools

If you use a Free Tier tool (including tools on findmypip.com), we may collect an email address and basic account information if the tool requires an account, plus the inputs you enter into a calculator or tracker, to return a result to you. Not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Access Request Form

First name, last name, email address, phone number, and your responses to our application questions. Used solely to review your application and determine alignment with our enrollment criteria.

Member Accounts

Your name and email address create a member account storing access credentials, enrollment dates, and activity within the member area. Retained for the duration of your membership and a reasonable period after.

Paid Zoom Sessions

Name, email, and scheduling information to confirm the session. Governed also by Zoom's (or a comparable platform's) own privacy policy. Recordings, if made, are stored for internal reference and never published without your separate written consent.

Email Communication

Your email and name are stored within our WordPress-based email system to deliver transactional messages about your application, enrollment, access, and subscription status. No unsolicited marketing emails.

Payment Information

We accept PayPal, Bank Wire Transfer, Cryptocurrency, Credit Card, and Cash. We do not store your payment details directly. See our Terms and Conditions for the fixed 8 TTD to 1 token crypto payment rate, a commercial rate, not a market exchange rate.

Website Usage

Standard technical data (IP address, browser information) for security, spam detection, and platform performance. Not used to personally identify visitors, not shared with third parties.

Used to maintain member login sessions and ensure the platform functions correctly. Necessary for member area access, don't track activity outside our platform. Adjustable in your browser settings.

If you're a Market Analyst Project member using Pip€x Process™ (findmypip.com), that tool collects additional trade-journal data covered in detail by findmypip.com's own Privacy Policy, not repeated here.

Use of AI Tools

We use artificial intelligence tools internally to help draft educational content, organize internal knowledge, and support day-to-day operations. These tools do not currently process member personal data as part of any Free Tier or paid product.

If we introduce an AI-assisted feature that processes your personal data (for example, within a Free Tier tool or dashboard), this policy will be updated in advance, and you will be told what data the feature uses and how. AI tools are used to support our content and operations, they do not replace human review, and no AI output is presented as a substitute for licensed financial advice.

How Long We Retain Your Data

Free Tier account data is retained for as long as your account remains active, or until you request deletion. Application data is retained for a reasonable period following your application, whether accepted or declined, for administrative reference. Member account data is retained for the duration of your active membership. Zoom Session scheduling data and any recordings are retained for a reasonable administrative period after the session. Upon request, we will delete your personal data from our systems except where retention is required for legal, security, or administrative purposes.

Your Rights Over Your Data

You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you. You have the right to request correction of any inaccurate data. You have the right to request deletion of your personal data, subject to any legal or administrative obligations we may have to retain it. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us directly through our website.

Third Party Content and Links

Our platform may contain links to external websites or embedded content from third-party platforms including video hosts, scheduling tools, and trading tools such as TradingView. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these external services. We encourage you to review their privacy policies independently.

Our platform is intended for adults only. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information through our platform, please contact us immediately so we can address it.
