Pipillionair€ Pipeline™ operates pipillionaire.com, home of Pipillionair€ Academy™, the Market Analyst Project, a Free Tier of digital financial tools, and paid Zoom Mentorship Sessions. We are a mentorship platform based in Trinidad and Tobago, built around structured, discipline-based guidance for individuals seeking to develop a serious approach to market participation.
Pipillionair€ Pipeline™ is a trade name operated by Leslie Sampson. As of the date of this policy, it is not incorporated as a separate legal entity. Any reference to “Pipillionair€ Pipeline™,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Leslie Sampson, operating under this trade name.
We are not licensed financial educators or registered investment advisors. The knowledge and frameworks we share are drawn from over 8 years of accumulated personal exposure to the financial markets, including practical application, ongoing study, and structured mentorship received within our own development journey. What Data We Collect and Why
Free Tier / Digital Financial Tools
If you use a Free Tier tool (including tools on findmypip.com), we may collect an email address and basic account information if the tool requires an account. We may also collect the inputs you enter into a calculator or tracker, for the purpose of returning a result to you. Free Tier usage data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Access Request Form
When you submit an access request through our website, we collect your first name, last name, email address, phone number, and your responses to our application questions. This information is used solely to review your application and determine alignment with our enrollment criteria. It is not sold, shared with third parties for marketing purposes, or used for any purpose outside of your application and enrollment process.
Member Accounts
When you are accepted and granted access to Pipillionair€ Academy™, we create a member account on our platform using your name and email address. This account stores your access credentials, enrollment dates, and activity within the member area. This data is retained for the duration of your membership and for a reasonable period thereafter for administrative purposes.
Paid Zoom Sessions
When you book a Zoom Mentorship Session, we collect your name, email address, and any scheduling information needed to confirm the session. Sessions are conducted through Zoom or a comparable video platform, and your use of that platform is also governed by its own privacy policy. If a session is recorded, per Section 4.3 of our Terms and Conditions, the recording is stored for internal reference and is not published or shared publicly without your separate written consent.
Email Communication
We use an automated email system built within our WordPress platform to send transactional emails related to your application, enrollment, access, and subscription status. Your email address and name are stored within this system for the purpose of delivering these communications. You will not receive unsolicited marketing emails from us.
Payment Information
We accept payments via PayPal, Bank Wire Transfer, Cryptocurrency, Credit Card, and Cash. We do not store your payment details directly. PayPal transactions are processed through PayPal's platform and governed by their privacy policy. Bank Wire, Cryptocurrency, Credit Card, and Cash payments are handled directly, and no sensitive financial data is retained on our systems beyond confirmation of payment receipt. Note that the 8 TTD to 1 token rate applied to cryptocurrency payments is a fixed commercial rate we set for payment purposes, not a market exchange rate, see our Terms and Conditions.
Website Usage
Our website may collect standard technical data including your IP address and browser information for the purposes of security, spam detection, and platform performance. This data is not used to personally identify visitors and is not shared with third parties.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies to maintain login sessions for members and to ensure the platform functions correctly. These cookies are necessary for access to the member area and do not track your activity outside of our platform. You may adjust your browser settings to manage cookies, though doing so may affect your ability to access certain areas of our site.
Use of AI Tools
We use artificial intelligence tools internally to help draft educational content, organize internal knowledge, and support day-to-day operations. These tools do not currently process member personal data as part of any Free Tier or paid product.
If we introduce an AI-assisted feature that processes your personal data (for example, within a Free Tier tool or dashboard), this policy will be updated in advance, and you will be told what data the feature uses and how. AI tools are used to support our content and operations, they do not replace human review, and no AI output is presented as a substitute for licensed financial advice.
How Long We Retain Your Data
Free Tier account data is retained for as long as your account remains active, or until you request deletion. Application data is retained for a reasonable period following your application, whether accepted or declined, for administrative reference. Member account data is retained for the duration of your active membership. Zoom Session scheduling data and any recordings are retained for a reasonable administrative period after the session. Upon request, we will delete your personal data from our systems except where retention is required for legal, security, or administrative purposes.
Your Rights Over Your Data
You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you. You have the right to request correction of any inaccurate data. You have the right to request deletion of your personal data, subject to any legal or administrative obligations we may have to retain it. Third Party Content and Links
Our platform may contain links to external websites or embedded content from third-party platforms including video hosts, scheduling tools, and trading tools such as TradingView. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these external services. We encourage you to review their privacy policies independently.
